Everytime i do some housework my knees hurt on me. Also when i walk long periods of time they sometimes hurt!?

It makes me look really lazy but my knees really hurt from house cleaning & walking long distances. Also on my right knee, it's bigger then the left one 2 months ago they we're the same, so... And the inner side of my right knee makes me feel bowllegged.
