My mom called me a whore?

i was trying on a dress (and no its not a short skimpy skin showing dress) It was a dress below my knees and it had short sleeves. My mom called me a whore just because she didn't like the dress. Was she right to call me this? I mean she should've just said "I think you should find a prettier dress" -_- fml
