What should i do about me and my sister?

well she is 10 and i am 14 and we honestly HATE each other! we are always glaring at each other she never listens to me when she is supposed to, she is always talking back when my mom is gone and when i do tell my mom she don't believe me!! the other day my mom left telling her she had to listen and i was asking her to take a toy down to r basement and we sat there for like an hour with me yelling at her to take it down and she yelling back saying she would do it in 20 mins, i didn't really care bout the toy its just that she doesn't do it when i tell her to. i don't want us to grow up hating each other and never talking to one another
