Diarrhea, mouth ulcers, joint paint? help?):?

lately i've been having joint pain everyday waking me up in the night its in my knees, elbows and hands i've been getting mouth ulcers and anything i eat has been giving me diarrhea and an extremely sick stomach.. no idea what this could be.. any advice?
