Has anyone successfully beat a Improper Seatbelt ticket in court?

I received a ticket for "improper seatbelt usage" and it was more than i expected i was wearing my seatbelt correctly however th officer that pulled me over didnt understand that i am 5'ft tall driving an suv and making a right turn requires me to lift up while doing so the seat belt slid a bit down my shoulder has anyone fought one of these tickets in court and won?
