I give my girlfriend my full attention and devotion ?

I have been dating her for about a year, i am 39 she is 50, I open her door seatbelt her in, I rub her head, back,neck,caress her have her lay on my lap while I message her, if she has a headach, I will do what ever it takes to make her feel better. when it comes to me I don't get much attention from her I even told her, she said she will try, sometimes I might luck out and get a 1minuite head rub, I just would want more like I give her, this makes me feel like she does not want me, or she dont care enough to make me feel good, even this morning i had a headach, she didnt even attempt to make it go away,or make me feel better, what should I do.
