How to convince my parents to let me get plugs.?

you say you want to stretch to a 14g? normally when ears are pierced they are either a 18g or a 16g trust me 14g won't really be noticeable when you get tired of it you can just take it out and it will shrink back to how it used to look. the point of no return is a 00g that's when it's hard to return it back to normal. so a 14g is no big deal it won't look all nasty it'll still look nice
