I think my roommate is crazy, what do I do?

I'm taking a summer course at a private university and I'm currently dorming with another student. He's a relatively normal looking Indian male (not the tomahawk kind). He keeps bananas until they're black with mold, so I have to throw them out. Whenever I do something without asking him, he gives me this weird glare like he wants to do something dirty to me. Because of this, I have to ask him every time I open the door or turn off the lights. He also keeps saying some girl's name in his sleep, but I can't make out her name. I think he's failing all of this classes, because he doesn't show up for his classes, but hangs out in the Safeway across my dorm. Whenever he's not at Safeway, he's on his macbook. But he's rarely home anyways. Also, I think he's torrenting. What should I do?
