Is my ins going to be high?

I am 24 years old, and thinking about buy a car, I got a great deal on a 07 caddillac cts. I'm curious about the ins I'm from Oklahoma, I have no kids, and one ticket for seatbelt, is my ins going to be outrageous on this car?
