I was in a car accident?

Ok so, I was in a car accident this past friday, the 24th. Long story short, my car is totaled. I've got some pretty bad bruising on my chest from the seatbelt and i have a sprained knee. Now today, I just noticed that I have some small bruising on my left arm. They're pink/purple and they're all spread out in little lines. I have no idea if they were there friday, or if they developed over friday night and saturday. I'm just really freaked out now that maybe theres a blood clot or something, or that im bleeding somewhere. They don't hurt when I touch them, so idk! Please help!
